We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

Cancellation policy: Once you have purchased a service online, booked an class, appointment or boarding stay for your dog we begin preparation for it and reserve the date or dates meaning that bookings from other clients cannot be taken. You have taken this space upon mutual agreement.
If you have paid a deposit, this is non-refundable unless the below applies.
All services incur a 30% charge should you decide to cancel.
You have two weeks from the date of booking (non digital download items only) to cancel your appointment by sending an email to email@example.com
Following this period, cancellations made within 7 working days of appointment date will be subject to full fee without exception.
